At Dog of Bitcoin, we take great pride in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, we believe in the finality of a sale. Please read this return policy carefully as it is designed to be as restrictive as possible.

1. No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds

All sales on https://shop.dogofbitcoin.com are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, the transaction is considered irrevocable and binding. 

2. Defective Products

Our products undergo a rigorous quality control process before they are shipped. However, should you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are required to notify us within 30 minutes of delivery. Notifications received after this period will be disregarded.
 
                  •               Proof of Defect: If you contact us within the 30-minute window, you must provide video evidence of the unboxing, clearly showing the unopened packaging, product damage or defect, and a valid government-issued photo ID. The video must be in one continuous take, without cuts, edits, or interruptions.
                  •               Inspection Process: Upon receiving your notification, we will subject the evidence to a thorough review process that may take up to 365 days. During this period, you are prohibited from contacting us regarding the status of your claim. Any communication attempts will result in automatic rejection of your claim.
                  •               Resolution: If we, in our sole and absolute discretion, determine that your claim is valid, we will issue a store credit equal to 10% of the product’s purchase price. This store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within 24 hours of issuance. After this period, any unused credit will be forfeited.

3. Shipping Issues 

Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer our responsibility. We do not offer assistance or refunds for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. We strongly encourage customers to purchase third-party shipping insurance.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are explicitly excluded from any potential consideration of return, exchange, or refund:
•    Any product that has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original condition.
•    Any product purchased during a sale, with a discount code, or as part of a promotion.
•   All $DOG plushies.
•   Custom or personalized items.
•   Gift cards.

5. Return Process for Unauthorized Returns

If you send us an item without our explicit authorization, the item will be immediately destroyed. No credit, refund, or acknowledgment will be provided.

6. International Orders

All international orders are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders under any circumstances. Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

7. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from Dog of Bitcoin, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to:
•   Thoroughly review product descriptions, images, and specifications before making a purchase.
•   Ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of purchase.
•   Understand and accept the terms of this Return Policy.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

Attempting to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or any other form of claim against Dog of Bitcoin in connection with a purchase will result in an immediate and lifetime ban from all future purchases. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action for any and all damages incurred.

9. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Return Policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site.
